Pre-order terms

1. No refunds

Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. Once payment has been transferred and verified, the amount cannot be returned for any reason, including a change of mind, an order placed in error, a missed pickup window, or an inability to attend the event.

2. Exact payment amount required

You must transfer the exact total shown on your order. Any discrepancy, whether the transfer is less than or greater than the amount due, will prevent the order from being completed. The team will not top up underpayments, and overpayments will not be refunded or credited toward future purchases.

3. No returns or exchanges after receipt

No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the shirt has been received. Once you have collected your order at the pickup point, the sale is final and the item is yours.

4. Defect exchanges at pickup only

An exchange is permitted only if a manufacturing defect is identified at the pickup point, before you leave with the item. Defects must be raised with our staff on the spot. Any claim made after you have left the pickup point will not be honored.

Defect exchanges are limited to a replacement of the same size. Swapping to a different size is not available, even when a defect is present.

5. Stock availability for defect exchanges

If a defect is identified at pickup but no replacement of the same size remains in stock, the organizer is unable to provide a replacement. In line with Section 1, no refund will be issued, and the organizer accepts no responsibility for any resulting loss, damage, or inconvenience.
